The RoE Awards are the only national awards programme dedicated exclusively to community pharmacy teams. This specific award honours teams that excel in working together, supporting patients, and implementing innovative ideas that propel their pharmacy to new levels of achievement.

As a family-run pharmacy that has served Ipswich for 40 years, our patients are at the heart of everything we do. Over the past year, we have heavily expanded our clinical offerings to better support your health and help ease the immense pressure on our local NHS resources. Our national recognition reflects the real, day-to-day impact our team has made through these vital services.
The services we provide
Through the Pharmacy First initiative, we are successfully freeing up valuable GP appointments by offering expert consultations and supplying antibiotics when necessary. We are also saving patients a trip to the doctor with our Contraception Service, where we can initiate oral contraception and manage ongoing supplies directly from the pharmacy.
Preventative care and long-term health are major focuses for us. We offer free, walk-in Blood Pressure Checks to help with the early diagnosis of hypertension and to support cardiovascular health. Additionally, our structured, pharmacist-led Weight Loss Clinic is helping patients safely achieve their goals, manage obesity-related conditions, and even reverse diabetes.
When it comes to immunisations and keeping our community safe, our team stepped up to administer over 2,000 COVID and Flu jabs during the 2025 winter season. We have now expanded this to include RSV Vaccinations, providing vital protection against severe respiratory illnesses. For those planning a getaway, our Travel Clinic offers personalised health advice and essential vaccinations to ensure you are fully protected before heading off on your holidays.
